What is the 280 Group’s refund policy for the self-study online courses and downloadable products?

Refund Policy for Self Study

You may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (minus any currency exchange fees) if you request a refund within 30 days from the order date, have not progressed through more than 30% of the content, and have not attempted to take an associated exam. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

Refunds for self-study online courses are subject to verification through our partner that the associated exam has not been attempted or completed. All refund requests must be made in writing to support@280group.com. Please allow two business days for processing once your request has been made. Refunds are issued Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. 

Refund Policy for Downloadable Products

You may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (minus any currency exchange fees) if you request a refund within 30 days from the order date. By requesting a refund, you agree to destroy any downloaded copies of the product.
