We always endeavor to delight our customers with excellent products and services, but we understand that sometimes changes are required. The following policies explain your options for both in-person training and live online courses.
For any of the below changes, the Productside must receive notice in writing to support@productside.com from the initial class registrant, with all applicable information (new training locale, new training/course date, name of the individual receiving the transfer).
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing to support@productside.com at least 14 days prior to the first day of training to be eligible for a full refund. Due to minimum participant requirements, we are unable to process refunds with less than 14 days’ notice, but we may still be able to offer a transfer of the seat to a different individual.
Please allow two business days for processing once your request has been made. Requests are processed Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.
Reschedule Policy
Live In-person training can be changed to a different date and/or location.
Live Online training can be changed to different date.
All reschedule requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the first day of training. Due to minimum participant requirements, we are unable to process reschedule requests with less than 14 days’ notice, but we may still be able to offer a transfer of the seat to a different individual.

Transfer Policy
Both Live In-person and Live Online training can be transferred to a different individual.
Requests to transfer a purchased seat to a different individual for the same date, time, and location, the request must be made at least 5 days prior to the first day of training to avoid incurring additional fees. Transfer requests received less than 5 days before the first day of training will be charged a $500 late transfer fee.
Cancellation Policy
The Productside reserves the right to cancel a training 14 days prior to the first day of training. In this case, participants will be offered to reschedule into an alternate session, or a refund will be issued. The Productside will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by attendees, such as non-refundable airline or hotel fees.
