Immediately after your payment is verified and accepted in the purchase process, you should see a link to download your product. Additionally, you receive an email receipt for your purchase and a second email with a download link.
If you haven’t received the download link email:
- Make sure you're checking the email account that you provided when you purchased the product.
- Check your junk mail/spam folder.
- If you still can’t find the download email, send your purchase receipt number, plus your name and date of purchase (from your purchase receipt) to support.desk@280group.com.
