The AIPMM certification is much more rigorous than the other certifications and is not tied to any one vendor’s methodology or way of doing things. As such, it is a more valuable credential. The AIPMM test is not easy—it is designed to show that you have truly mastered the concepts of Product Management. In contrast, other certifications tend to be short and easy, and are taken immediately after finishing the courses.
